Catalyst offers free meeting spaces for individuals and collectives engaged in leftist organising and solidarity work.

Our new Munro St rental is now available for bookings in the upstairs meeting rooms and ground-level at IRL Infoshop. Fit-out continues on the ground-level rooms.

Important information about booking a meeting/workshop/event:

- we are an unpaid working group - please make your booking up to 48 hours prior to your meeting/workshop/event, if urgent (within 48 hours) message the phone number provided in the auto-reply email

- all bookings must align with the Catalyst values

- we do not make bookings for any political parties or not-for-profits

- there are no bosses or paid cleaners at Catalyst, we expect everyone to clean and take care of the space after you use it

- re-occurring bookings can be made, email bookings@catalystcentre.net for more information

Catalyst's new building is only partially open with upstairs rooms currently bookable, as work continues fitting out the ground level spaces. We hope to make them available for booking shortly. If you would like to book more than one meeting room, please enter in the Comments Section at the end of the form. *IRL Infoshop is available to be booked for workshops/events/reading groups on Saturdays & Sundays - please book another room if you are looking for a regular meeting space on the weekend. Regular meetings can be booked at the IRL Infoshop during weekdays.

Bookable for up to bookable for up to 15-20 person meetings, reading groups and workshops. Available to be booked for workshops/reading groups on Saturdays & Sundays - please book another room if you are looking for a regular meeting space on the weekend. Upstairs Meeting Rooms:

Meeting room 1: Bookable for up to 8-10 people, foldout table, chairs, natural light, openable windows, indoor plants, powerpoints, lamps, carpeted

Meeting room 2: Bookable for up to 7-8 people, sofa/couches for seating, natural light, openable windows, indoor plants, powerpoints, lamps, carpeted

Meeting room 3: Bookable for up to 8-10 people, foldout table, chairs, natural light, openable windows, indoor plants, powerpoints, lamps, carpeted

Meetings rooms 1-3 are: 3600mm long x 3000mm wide, doorway 83mm wide

Meeting room 4: Bookable for 10-12 people, workbench table, concrete floors. This room is currently bookable as a meeting room and will be bookable as an art space in the future.

Communal area: Bookable for 15-20 people. This space is bookable for open events only eg. films, gatherings. This is not a private space. If you book this space, you can not ask people who are dropping in to leave because of your booking. Priority use is for first come, drop-in basis.
