Some benefactors have bought a property for Catalyst, with the intention of leasing it to the Federation long-term, below market. This is how we’ve landed 5 Munro St, and how we have the security to invest and put down roots.

We got the keys on Jan 15. Now we just need to transform it into a social centre, with your help.

There are three main ways you can help:

1. We’ve launched a $25,000 fundraiser to pay for the fit-out and permit costs. Contribute what you can as a one-off donation.

2. Our reliable monthly income – provided by subscribers – is sitting at about $3000. Our monthly running costs in the new building will be around $5500. Subscribe if you can, and share with your networks.
